Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using putthem.in and the content you may upload or generate on the Platform. By using putthem.in, you agree to follow this policy.
Violations may result in immediate removal of your game, restriction of access, or escalation to relevant authorities where required by law.
1. Photo Uploads
You MAY upload:
- A photo of yourself
- A photo of another real person, provided you have their explicit consent to use their likeness in a joke arcade game
- A photo of a fictional or illustrated character (e.g., a drawing), provided you have the rights to use it
You MAY NOT upload:
- Photos of any person who has not consented to being featured in a game
- Photos of minors (anyone under 18 years old)
- Nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive imagery
- Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
- Images that contain hate symbols, extremist iconography, or discriminatory content
- Screenshots or images belonging to someone else without their permission
- Deepfakes or AI-generated images designed to impersonate a real person without consent
2. Game Sharing
The shareable game link you receive may be shared freely with friends and family. However, you may not share or use a game link:
- To harass, intimidate, bully, or humiliate the person depicted in the game
- On platforms or in communities where it may be received as targeted abuse
- In any context that would cause reputational or emotional harm to the depicted person
- For commercial purposes, including reselling the game or embedding it in paid products
3. Platform Integrity
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate our content inspection or moderation systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access or abuse the Platform
- Reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its game assets
- Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when interacting with us
4. Content Moderation
4.1 Automated Inspection
All uploaded images are scanned automatically before processing. Images that appear to violate this AUP are rejected immediately and not stored.
4.2 Manual Review
We reserve the right to manually review any game on the Platform at any time. Games found to violate this AUP will be permanently deleted without prior notice.
4.3 Reporting
If you believe a game link you've received or encountered violates this AUP — for example, if your photo was used without consent — please report it immediately:
We take all reports seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours.
5. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:
- Reject the uploaded image before game generation
- Delete the generated game and deactivate the link
- Block your access to the Platform
- Retain evidence and report the matter to relevant legal authorities
No refund will be issued for purchases associated with AUP violations.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as the Platform evolves. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
