This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which putthem.in offers refunds for purchases made on our platform.


1. Nature of Our Product

putthem.in provides a digital service that is delivered immediately upon successful payment. When you complete a purchase, our system begins processing your uploaded photo and generating your personalized arcade game right away.

Because the service is rendered instantly and the digital product is delivered upon creation of your game link, all sales are generally final.


2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will offer a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: Your payment was successfully charged but no game was generated and no shareable link was delivered to you.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Processing error: The game was generated incorrectly due to a fault on our end (not due to image quality or user error).

To request a refund under any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details.


3. When We Will Not Issue a Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the game was successfully generated.
  • You are dissatisfied with the visual result due to the quality, angle, or lighting of the photo you uploaded.
  • Your uploaded photo was rejected by our content inspection system due to a policy violation.
  • Your generated game was removed due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
  • You shared the game link and later decided you no longer want the game to exist — please contact us about takedown instead.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@putthem.in with:

  1. Your order ID or confirmation number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
  2. The email address used at checkout
  3. A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
