Hate speech or discriminatory content
Graphic or violent imagery

If a game is removed for policy violations, no refund is guaranteed. We may also take further action including blocking access to our service.

4. How We Store Your Data

4.1 Uploaded Photos

Photos are stored only for as long as necessary to generate your game. Once the game is created and the link is delivered, the original uploaded photo may be deleted from our servers. The processed character asset derived from your photo is retained as part of the hosted game.

4.2 Game Data

Generated games are hosted and accessible via your unique shareable link. Game data is retained for as long as your game link remains active.

4.3 Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
